Requirements
- Proven success leading geographically distributed sales organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of driving net-new revenue growth.
- Experience managing both transactional and enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong analytical and operational capabilities.
- Experience building repeatable processes and scaling teams.
- Excellent executive-level communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
- K-12 education technology experience strongly preferred.
- Experience selling into public sector or government environments.
- Experience working with channel ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and New Business teams.
- Create a high-performance culture centered on accountability and coaching.
- Develop and execute a national strategy to acquire new school districts.
- Drive predictable pipeline creation and conversion.
- Maintain rigorous inspection of pipeline quality and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to improve sales process consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams.
- Build executive-level relationships with district leaders and strategic accounts.
