  • Proven success leading geographically distributed sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving net-new revenue growth.
  • Experience managing both transactional and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities.
  • Experience building repeatable processes and scaling teams.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
  • K-12 education technology experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling into public sector or government environments.
  • Experience working with channel ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and New Business teams.
  • Create a high-performance culture centered on accountability and coaching.
  • Develop and execute a national strategy to acquire new school districts.
  • Drive predictable pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Maintain rigorous inspection of pipeline quality and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve sales process consistency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Build executive-level relationships with district leaders and strategic accounts.
