Requirements

- At least 6 years in global full service CROs.
- Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
- Experience selling to, presenting to, and building relationships with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar business deals.
- Persuasive and compelling presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and present high-level solutions.
- Deadline-driven with experience managing multiple engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Business Administration.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and develop new global full clinical service strategic plans.
- Implement plans to achieve or exceed annual revenue goals.
- Actively identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Grow/expand services with existing clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers.
- Represent Company at key conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Maintain all pipeline data in company CRM database.
