Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • At least 6 years in global full service CROs.
  • Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
  • Experience selling to, presenting to, and building relationships with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar business deals.
  • Persuasive and compelling presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and present high-level solutions.
  • Deadline-driven with experience managing multiple engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and develop new global full clinical service strategic plans.
  • Implement plans to achieve or exceed annual revenue goals.
  • Actively identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Grow/expand services with existing clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers.
  • Represent Company at key conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Maintain all pipeline data in company CRM database.
