Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or 5 years’ work experience.
- 5+ years working in Scrum Master role.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Deep knowledge of multiple agile frameworks.
- Experience in teaching, organizing, and sharing educational information on Scrum/Agile.
- Facilitation skills including conflict mediation.
- Understanding of business strategy techniques (Lean Startup, Design Thinking).
- Experience with forecasting and release planning practices.
- Understanding of emergent architecture and CI/CD techniques.
- Proficiency in building complex automations to increase team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve.
- Design and lead retrospectives tailored to team needs.
- Support multiple interdependent teams in effectively working together.
- Foster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sprint reports including velocity, capacity, and predictability metrics.
- Collaborate with product teams on backlog management and roadmap development.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters.
- Facilitate quarterly planning and track team goals.
