Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IM/IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of Agile delivery leadership experience (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Agile Lead, or Product Manager)
- Scrum Master experience on a Healthcare project in New Brunswick, Canada
- Current Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Sprint Planning and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Experience in stakeholder and cross-team coordination
- Ability to manage risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Experience with UAT and release readiness coordination
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery activities for large-scale healthcare IT initiatives
- Support Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and QA teams
- Manage sprint execution, delivery governance, and dependency management
- Coordinate UAT activities and release readiness
- Facilitate sprint demos and continuous process improvement
- Track risks, blockers, and manage Agile delivery metrics
- Maintain documentation and reporting in Jira and Confluence
