Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with software development emphasis.
- Post-graduate degree (minimum 360 hours) in software development or engineering.
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification required.
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile projects.
- Proficiency in Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements analysis.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, design patterns, and microservices.
- Experience with relational data modeling.
- Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and usability concepts.
Responsibilities
- Remove technical and business obstacles for the agile team.
- Manage development projects and ensure process compliance.
- Maintain team focus on delivery plans and anticipate deviations.
- Document team activities for accurate indicator collection.
- Shield the development team from external adverse events.
- Onboard new team members to ensure they are prepared and welcomed.
- Facilitate project ceremonies and define action plans for issues.
- Prioritize roadmaps with clients to ensure value and financial health.
- Monitor team engagement and collaborate with managers on performance.
- Support project/account managers with client reports and billing.
