- High-volume recruitment experience (30+ requisitions simultaneously)
- Proficiency in ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with hiring managers
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates
Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing
- Manage high-volume recruitment (30+ requisitions at a time)
- Proactively source and attract passive candidates
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Track trends and analyze funnel metrics
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows and processes
