Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality player support to Polish-speaking customers through email and chat communication channels.
- Assist players with account-related queries, technical problems, and game-related questions.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of player issues to promote player satisfaction and retention.
- Document player interactions and feedback accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the overall gaming experience.
- Stay updated on Riot Games’ titles, features, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
