Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English, Biological Science, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a writer
- Strong teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Research and writing skills for complex topics
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Experience in healthcare/specialty pharmacy is a plus
- Public relations and/or marketing agency experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Translating solutions into effective business proposals tailored to prospects’ unique needs
- Analyzing various business products and services and applying their capabilities/functionality to the proposal story
- Supporting with growth to leading the proposal development process, from kickoff to brainstorm sessions to RFP defense meetings
- Applying layout and other desktop publishing skills, such as PowerPoint and Word
- Strong proofing and editing abilities to edit content for conciseness and consistency
- Ability to research and write to complex topics
- Maintaining content repository
- Adhering to stringent proposal schedule deadlines
- Understanding proposal databases
