Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience with deep expertise in large-scale recommendation systems.
- Proven ability to define roadmaps and drive scalable improvements.
- Strong experience in building and deploying large-scale ML models using PyTorch or Tensorflow.
- Experience working with LLM in production and generative AI.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Python, Golang).
- Ability to drive architectural decisions.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement content discovery algorithms for personalized user experience.
- Drive vision and roadmap for the Notifications Relevance team.
- Enhance core recommendation capabilities including retrieval, ranking, and budget optimization.
- Deploy state-of-the-art ML models and integrate LLMs into production.
- Ensure robust monitoring and smooth product integration across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate across disciplines with ML, Product, Infrastructure, and DS teams.
- Mentor and guide senior and staff engineers.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term technical roadmaps.
