Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related GTM role.
  • Proven experience building engaging learning experiences and programs for new hire ramp.
  • Incredible facilitation skills with the ability to draw in audiences and create participation.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and quota-carrying experience.
  • Experience as a builder in evolving/undefined environments.
  • AI-forward mindset with practical use of AI tools.
  • Ability to work effectively across organizations and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC (preferred).
  • Experience enabling multiple audiences including AEs, SAs, and Technical Services (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% for remote candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding program end-to-end including lifecycle management.
  • Deliver cohort-based onboarding experiences via virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Drive time-to-productivity improvements through role-specific ramp paths.
  • Measure and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness using leading and lagging indicators.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales Leadership, and People teams to align onboarding with business outcomes.
  • Turn tribal knowledge into repeatable enablement content.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops and role plays.
