Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in enablement, sales support, customer success, marketing, or business operations.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prior people management experience, especially SDRs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of enablement programs, tools, messaging, and readiness resources.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute mid-funnel programs and campaigns.
  • Create, refine, and maintain materials supporting internal readiness and external engagement.
  • Establish structure and accountability across cross-functional projects.
  • Monitor initiative performance and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Supervise SDRs including coaching, performance management, and activity alignment.
