Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in enablement, sales support, customer success, marketing, or business operations.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior people management experience, especially SDRs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enablement programs, tools, messaging, and readiness resources.
- Partner cross-functionally to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute mid-funnel programs and campaigns.
- Create, refine, and maintain materials supporting internal readiness and external engagement.
- Establish structure and accountability across cross-functional projects.
- Monitor initiative performance and recommend actions for improvement.
- Supervise SDRs including coaching, performance management, and activity alignment.
