  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with website development/digital content creation

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the content maintenance strategy for the health content library
  • Oversee content lifecycle management across 11,000+ pages
  • Design and manage content maintenance editorial and clinical review workflows
  • Lead cross-functional content planning with licensing, marketing, and clinical stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day content operations and track progress
  • Provide editorial leadership and direction to writers, editors, and faculty reviewers
  • Supervise and mentor editorial staff and/or freelancers
  • Partner with the licensing team to maintain and enhance content portfolio value
  • Support the .edu to .org transition
  • Monitor and analyze content performance and health metrics
