Requirements
- 3+ years of content management experience in a brand or technology company.
- Hands-on experience with Storyblok or a comparable headless/component-based CMS.
- Proven writing samples for B2C and B2B audiences.
- Solid working knowledge of on-page SEO.
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- Experience managing organic social media channels using Canva and Hootsuite.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Active, expert-level user of AI writing tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Excellent written English with strong editorial judgement.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day content management in Storyblok across all active Parcelhero Group websites.
- Build out and maintain content for regional sites (USA, Germany, France, Netherlands).
- Ensure published content meets SEO and technical standards.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar supporting campaigns and SEO.
- Write and produce marketing content including blogs, ebooks, and ad copy using AI tools.
- Manage organic social media channels, including scheduling and community management.
- Manage customer reviews across platforms like Feefo, Trustpilot, and Google.
- Track and report on performance using GA4 and Search Console.
