  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms.
  • Confidence in creating light-touch content using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Versatile copywriting skills with flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, and execute the organic social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Adapt content natively per platform and identify cultural moments for reactive opportunities.
  • Coordinate and deliver marketing assets across multiple client accounts.
  • Devise CRM strategies and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing trust-based partnerships.
  • Oversee and coordinate with internal teams (designers, videographers, photographers) for service delivery.
  • Research industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
