- Proven experience managing high-volume email marketing campaigns and social media content calendars.
- Experience juggling multiple accounts/brands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing unique, creative, and engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in all major social media platforms.
- Confidence in creating light-touch content using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Versatile copywriting skills with flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and execute the organic social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Adapt content natively per platform and identify cultural moments for reactive opportunities.
- Coordinate and deliver marketing assets across multiple client accounts.
- Devise CRM strategies and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing trust-based partnerships.
- Oversee and coordinate with internal teams (designers, videographers, photographers) for service delivery.
- Research industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
