Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, health administration, or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of experience in market access, managed care, or field market development in medical devices or regulated healthcare.
- Experience managing field-based teams with structured account plans and outcome-based performance management.
- Direct engagement experience with payer medical directors or coverage policy teams.
- Experience with payer CRM or structured account management tools.
- Demonstrated cross-functional coordination between field and upstream functions.
- Familiarity with HCPCS coding, LCD/NCD policy, prior authorization, and DME reimbursement dynamics.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and hold accountable the field payer team establishing defined account plans and engagement KPIs.
- Own the field payer targeting model and maintain a payer CRM for top 30+ payers.
- Coordinate with Market Access & Government Affairs on coverage policy strategy.
- Lead the segment market development team, including Senior Market Development Managers and Clinical Specialists.
- Build and own the HCP targeting model in partnership with Marketing Analytics.
- Translate clinical evidence and product positioning into field-ready HCP engagement tools.
- Synthesize field intelligence to feed payer strategy and competitive positioning.
- Manage TCMD field presence at major clinical conferences.
