- Strong expertise in website strategy, SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, and digital customer journey design.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email, display, retargeting, and emerging channels.
- Own corporate website strategy, including UX, content architecture, SEO performance, personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Oversee performance marketing execution and agency relationships.
- Develop and manage experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and user journey improvements.
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, brand, and content teams.
- Build reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks.
- Lead marketing technology enablement including automation, CRM, and AI-enabled tools.
- Manage and develop digital, web, and performance marketing teams.
