  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives at scale.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email, display, retargeting, and emerging channels.
  • Own corporate website strategy, including UX, content architecture, SEO performance, personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Oversee performance marketing execution and agency relationships.
  • Develop and manage experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and user journey improvements.
  • Partner with demand generation, product marketing, brand, and content teams.
  • Build reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks.
  • Lead marketing technology enablement including automation, CRM, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Manage and develop digital, web, and performance marketing teams.
