Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation or growth marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation engines from the ground up.
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams of 5+ people.
  • Strong background in account-based marketing and complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and a mindset oriented toward experimentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall growth marketing strategy, including segmentation, channel mix, campaign architecture, and pipeline targets.
  • Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs such as ABM, paid media, content syndication, email nurture, webinars, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Develop and implement scalable marketing infrastructure, including tools, workflows, and processes, while introducing AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Establish and manage performance measurement frameworks, including pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to optimize lead management, scoring models, routing logic, and CRM integration.
  • Own event and field marketing strategy, including customer conferences and industry events.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team while managing agency relationships, budgets, and cross-functional execution priorities.
