Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Strong hands-on expertise in paid acquisition (especially Google Ads)
- Proven SEO experience including keyword strategy, content planning, and technical SEO
- Familiarity with AI search optimization concepts such as AEO and GEO
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience optimizing full-funnel conversion paths
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, CRM systems, and BI dashboards
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end growth strategy across SEO, AI search discovery, paid acquisition, and lifecycle channels
- Drive SEO and AI search visibility, including AEO/GEO strategies and technical optimization
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns such as Google Ads
- Build and improve conversion funnels, including landing pages and messaging
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing leadership
- Own experimentation frameworks, campaign testing, and performance reporting
- Support content and demand generation efforts
