Requirements

  • 3+ years in media buying, performance marketing, or lead generation.
  • Proven results in financial services, investing, fintech, or insurance sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Experience building and optimizing retargeting campaigns.
  • Proficiency in conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset.
  • Preferred: Experience purchasing leads or negotiating direct media buys with publishers and list owners.
  • Preferred: Existing relationships with finance, investment, or business newsletter publishers.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of financial services advertising compliance and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase and manage email lead-generation campaigns from publishers, newsletter operators, and lead providers.
  • Identify, negotiate, and optimize direct media-buying opportunities across the finance and investment space.
  • Build and scale campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, native platforms, and other paid channels.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Optimize for CPL, CPA, lead quality, and ROI through audience, creative, and landing-page testing.
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend based on performance metrics.
  • Partner with sales and ops to ensure lead quality targets are met.
