Requirements
- 3+ years of paid media buying experience at meaningful scale.
- Hands-on experience managing $250K+ monthly spend.
- Strong foundation in Meta and Google Ads.
- Multi-platform fluency with at least 2-3 additional platforms like AppLovin, NewsBreak, Pinterest, or native ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Sheets/Excel and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
- Ability to reconcile multi-source attribution data (Shopify, GA4, Meta).
- Expertise in tracking technologies including pixels, CAPI, server-side events, and UTMs.
- Proven experience designing and executing structured A/B/multivariate tests.
- Strong written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in parallel with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Run weekly account optimizations across every platform including budget adjustments.
- Maintain weekly creative testing cadence and evaluate results against spend/conversion thresholds.
- Perform daily, weekly, and MTD pacing checks against budget and KPI goals.
- Manage Google-specific tasks such as negative keyword mining, bidding strategy reviews, and Merchant Center diagnostics.
- Lead routine performance reporting and provide analytical insights.
- Build and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, AppLovin, NewsBreak, and native ads.
- Continuously audit accounts to eliminate waste and identify scaling opportunities.
- Allocate budget across platforms based on incrementality and unit economics.
- Brief creative teams on performance data to drive iterative testing.
