Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Post-secondary education in computer science, software development or equivalent
- Experience developing software applications
- Experience with unit and functional test practices
- Experience with end-to-end feature development and building complex systems
- Experience in HL7 (V2, FHIR) is an asset
- Experience with Hibernate is an asset
- Experience with Spring is an asset
- Experience with REST web services is an asset
- Experience with Git is an asset
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and evaluating requirements and proposing high level design and technical solutions
- Analyzing solutions for interoperability, performance, and maintainability
- Working with Tier 1 support team to diagnose and correct customer incidents
- Collaborating with coredev and client solutions teams
- Mentoring Tier 1 Service Desk staff and other developers
- Participating in major incident response teams
- Maintaining relevant documentation and frameworks
- Researching new technologies for existing and new modules
- Breaking down work for team members and serving as project point of contact
