- Minimum 10 years of experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Prior BPO industry experience required.
- Experience marketing B2B and B2C SaaS solutions.
- Strong background in digital marketing strategy (SEM, display, social, geofencing).
- Advanced expertise with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience leveraging reporting, analytics, and visualization tools.
- Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Experience working effectively with global and multicultural teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's overall marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to evaluate company, product, and competitor positioning.
- Partner with executive leadership to define and evolve company and brand positioning.
- Create and maintain processes for monitoring industry trends and competitive activity.
- Develop annual marketing plans and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
- Establish measurement frameworks and analytics to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Communications teams.
- Lead and develop a regional marketing team.
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports to executive leadership.
- Manage inbound media inquiries and support external communications.
