Requirements
- Minimum 4 years professional consulting experience.
- Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related.
- Strong project management skills.
- Understanding and experience working with APIs.
- Experience with SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
- Solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and analytical.
- Fluent German.
- Very good English proficiency (level B2).
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover to handover to support.
- Drive project management to ensure successful platform deployment.
- Define 360Learning platform architecture for clients.
- Facilitate integrations including flat files, APIs, and 3rd party apps.
- Host functional and technical workshops for platform customization.
- Follow customer portfolio to increase adoption and deliver platform audits.
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality.
- Contribute to knowledge base and mentor team members.
