  • Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, or billing support.
  • Proficiency in NexTech EHR.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and patient support skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
  • Must be able to submit an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient phone calls professionally and manage callbacks.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using NexTech EHR.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
  • Submit and follow up on prior authorizations.
  • Assist with medical billing tasks and post patient payments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support front desk operations.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
