- Experience with patient scheduling and front desk operations.
- Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, or billing support.
- Proficiency in NexTech EHR.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and patient support skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
- Must be able to submit an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient phone calls professionally and manage callbacks.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using NexTech EHR.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Submit and follow up on prior authorizations.
- Assist with medical billing tasks and post patient payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support front desk operations.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
