Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy of the Summit team by partnering with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success leaders.
  • Lead team to drive end-to-end sales activities in deals and create strong value propositions.
  • Identify common high-value processes within the industry and mobilize the team to create plays, assets, and approaches.
  • Ensure alignment of solution with customer business value and validate technical feasibility.
  • Address client concerns regarding technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement, including onsite meetings.
  • Conduct workshops, business reviews, and offer coaching to customers.
