Requirements

  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 3 or more years of experience at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • 2 or more years of in-house experience at a high-growth startup or public tech company.
  • Deep expertise in staffing models, contingent workforce arrangements, and EOR/AOR structures.
  • Ability to draft, negotiate, and manage high-volume customer and vendor agreements.
  • Strong communication skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort using AI tools to draft and review legal materials.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the review, negotiation, and strategic management of staffing and contingent workforce agreements.
  • Manage a wide range of complex commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and SOWs.
  • Provide counsel on employment law, worker classification, co-employment, and compliance.
  • Advise senior leaders on legal guidance that aligns business goals with risk posture.
  • Design and implement scalable contract templates, playbooks, and escalation policies.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sourcing, and InfoSec to support forecasting and enablement.
  • Support ad hoc legal analysis and corporate transactions.
