Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migrations function for complex client migrations across EMR systems.
- Design and implement scalable operational systems, including data mapping and QA processes.
- Own key performance metrics like migration speed, accuracy, and capacity planning.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team with structured coaching.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate migration insights into product improvements.
- Drive continuous process optimization and bottleneck resolution.
