Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Solid understanding of ad platform metrics.
- Extensive experience with bid strategies and budget management.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate data findings.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work on US hours.
- Complete command of the English language (speaking and writing).
- Availability to communicate over video on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Own the building and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Execute keyword management including research, expansion, and negative keyword sculpting.
- Adjust and refine bid strategies based on performance and market competition.
- Navigate campaign types, attribution models, and audience targeting.
- Identify tracking issues and assist in setting up new conversion events.
- Improve Quality Scores and landing page experience through ongoing optimization.
- Initiate and manage creative requests for ad assets.
