Requirements
- 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and/or related field
- 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
- 3+ years project planning experience
Responsibilities
- Accountable for operational reporting (progress against KPIs and operational metrics) and forecasting (FTEs needed) for all production teams
- Identify and monitor progress against all KPIs (leadership level) and operational metrics and drive insights
- Set, drive and implement the department strategy to enhance program's overall value
- Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities
- Program management of important company and department strategy programs
- Continuously evaluate financial and performance metrics dashboards
- Support the budgeting process and the fiscal performance
- Guide overall program governance and accountability for producing executive leadership materials
