Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal intake and case management workflows.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient with case management software such as CasePeer.
- Proficient with VoIP systems and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail in data entry and document handling.
- Ability to work U.S. hours (11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST).
- Reliable access to necessary technology.
- Demonstrated success working independently in a remote, structured work setting.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound intake calls and conduct the full intake process from initial call through file setup.
- Convert qualified leads into clients, obtaining necessary documentation and electronic signatures.
- Accurately enter intake information into CasePeer.
- Draft and send Letters of Representation and request police reports using firm templates.
- Assist the current case manager in managing overflow casework.
- Follow up on medical records and coordinate with providers.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients via phone, text, and digital platforms.
- Work closely with other staff members using Microsoft Teams.
