Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a U.S.-based personal injury law firm.
  • Strong understanding of legal intake and case management workflows.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficient with case management software such as CasePeer.
  • Proficient with VoIP systems and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data entry and document handling.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST).
  • Reliable access to necessary technology.
  • Demonstrated success working independently in a remote, structured work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound intake calls and conduct the full intake process from initial call through file setup.
  • Convert qualified leads into clients, obtaining necessary documentation and electronic signatures.
  • Accurately enter intake information into CasePeer.
  • Draft and send Letters of Representation and request police reports using firm templates.
  • Assist the current case manager in managing overflow casework.
  • Follow up on medical records and coordinate with providers.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients via phone, text, and digital platforms.
  • Work closely with other staff members using Microsoft Teams.
