Responsibilities

  • Confirm patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Follow up with patients post-session and send personalized exercise and treatment plans
  • Respond to frequently asked questions and handle appointment rescheduling
  • Manage referrals from other healthcare providers and coordinate with medical staff
  • Send appointment reminders and maintain a waitlist for appointments
  • Generate and send invoices while maintaining electronic medical records
  • Answer calls and assist patients virtually, providing clear information and support
  • Prepare documents and manage email correspondence
  • Perform data entry and generate basic reports
  • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
