Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Nextiva phones, Prompt EMR, WelcomeWare, and Google Chat is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to communication
Responsibilities
- Confirm patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Follow up with patients post-session and send personalized exercise and treatment plans
- Respond to frequently asked questions and handle appointment rescheduling
- Manage referrals from other healthcare providers and coordinate with medical staff
- Send appointment reminders and maintain a waitlist for appointments
- Generate and send invoices while maintaining electronic medical records
- Answer calls and assist patients virtually, providing clear information and support
- Prepare documents and manage email correspondence
- Perform data entry and generate basic reports
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
