Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to health care professionals (HCPs) as required.
- Enter data into supporting systems to initiate enrollment of patients.
- Review Patient Enrollment Forms for completeness and accuracy.
- Initiate patient benefits verification and resolve information gaps.
- Monitor potential delays or pending cases.
- Support new initiatives and process improvement activities.
- Adhere to government regulations and company policies.
- Maintain rapport with customers through effective communication.
