Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to health care professionals (HCPs) as required.
  • Enter data into supporting systems to initiate enrollment of patients.
  • Review Patient Enrollment Forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • Initiate patient benefits verification and resolve information gaps.
  • Monitor potential delays or pending cases.
  • Support new initiatives and process improvement activities.
  • Adhere to government regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain rapport with customers through effective communication.
