Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and provide prep instructions for procedures.
- Coordinate registration, demographic, and insurance information.
- Satisfy appointment requests within provider time frames.
- Process referrals and prescriptions.
- Manage multi-channel messages related to appointments and complaints.
- Facilitate physician-to-physician or department contact.
- Coordinate Home Care, Durable Medical Equipment, and Transportation.
- Identify gaps in care and social determinants of health.
