  • Satisfy appointment requests within provider time frames.
  • Process referrals and prescriptions.
  • Manage multi-channel messages related to appointments and complaints.
  • Facilitate physician-to-physician or department contact.
  • Coordinate Home Care, Durable Medical Equipment, and Transportation.
  • Identify gaps in care and social determinants of health.
