- Expertise with LinkedIn and advanced Boolean logic.
- Experience searching, finding, and placing technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining a pipeline in an ATS.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Drive the sourcing strategy for your pod to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn, advanced Boolean search, and other creative channels to engage passive talent.
- Actively build and nurture a 'Hot List' of pre-vetted, high-potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and administer assessments.
- Collaborate with recruiter partners to analyze market trends and provide talent pool insights.
