Requirements
- 2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company (preferably services/consulting related)
- Spanish and English proficiency preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards
- Preferable experience with using Lever or other ATS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on a team and autonomously
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
