Requirements
- Deep engineering expertise in modular structural systems (DfMA, kit-of-parts)
- Knowledge of advanced connection technologies and composite structural materials
- Foundation engineering and geotechnics experience
- Experience in automated/robotic construction
- Full project lifecycle experience in large grid or energy infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to ship prototypes or field trials
- Venture creation or product leadership experience in deep-tech
- Preferred: Strong commercial network across transmission operators and EPC contractors
- Preferred: Previous founder or C-suite experience
Responsibilities
- Refine technical thesis for modularising transmission tower and foundation construction
- Develop IP strategy and define commercial differentiation
- Create value proposition and techno-economic modeling
- Formulate regulatory strategy and positioning
- Prepare for Investment Committee and execute fundraising strategy
- Recruit advisory and co-founding team members
- Spin out the new company following successful Investment Committee approval
