Requirements

  • Strong public speaking capabilities for groups and C-suite audiences.
  • Expertise in developer relations or evangelism.
  • Consulting-grade presence and active listening skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with ability to navigate senior leadership interactions.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise software like CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
  • Hands-on familiarity with at least one general-purpose AI tool such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
  • Ability to diagnose customer needs before recommending solutions.
  • Commitment to non-lecturing, hands-on teaching methods.
  • Intellectual honesty and ability to address unknowns without bluffing.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the full enablement curriculum including Cowork 101, role-specific tracks, and hands-on skill-authoring labs.
  • Conduct executive coaching sessions with leadership teams.
  • Facilitate demo factory sessions to build lighthouse use cases.
  • Provide train-the-trainer certification for customer internal champions.
  • Setup and maintain community-of-practice and skill-share cadence.
  • Surface customer use case candidates through 'study your work' exercises.
  • Provide post-session briefs to account teams.
  • Maintain demo library, curriculum decks, and skill catalogs.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the enablement playbook.
