- Experience at the Deputy Director level or equivalent senior leadership role
- Deep expertise in PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and emergency communications workflows
- Proven track record of building relationships with PSAP leaders and industry associations
- Strategic leadership skills in scaling programs and managing cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to translate operational challenges into product and business strategies
- Strong executive presentation and consultative sales skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and measuring success metrics
Responsibilities
- Lead Axon 911’s public safety strategy and mentor the Public Safety team
- Strengthen industry partnerships with organizations like NENA and APCO
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with customer needs
- Influence product enhancements and prioritize AI-related initiatives based on market feedback
- Support market expansion through speaking engagements, workshops, and thought leadership
- Optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and business impact
- Drive KPIs tied to customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
