Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in full sales life cycle in the travel industry
- Focus on B2B business development and account management
- In-depth understanding of regional travel market and B2B travel networks
- Fluent in English and Serbian
- Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts
- Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and data-driven decisions
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-focused attitude
- Experience with API technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales activities to hit growth targets in assigned territory
- Approach and sign up new partners including tour operators, agencies, and OTAs
- Provide partners with system training
- Build long-lasting partner relationships
- Prepare and manage commercial deals including document flow and technical setup
- Manage accounts until the first purchase is made
- Ensure partner compliance with commercial conditions and payment flows
- Conduct 40% business travel for meetings and industry events
- Provide market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Provide regular reporting through CRM and internal systems
- Initiate API deals
