Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in full sales life cycle in the travel industry
  • Focus on B2B business development and account management
  • In-depth understanding of regional travel market and B2B travel networks
  • Fluent in English and Serbian
  • Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts
  • Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and data-driven decisions
  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-focused attitude
  • Experience with API technology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales activities to hit growth targets in assigned territory
  • Approach and sign up new partners including tour operators, agencies, and OTAs
  • Provide partners with system training
  • Build long-lasting partner relationships
  • Prepare and manage commercial deals including document flow and technical setup
  • Manage accounts until the first purchase is made
  • Ensure partner compliance with commercial conditions and payment flows
  • Conduct 40% business travel for meetings and industry events
  • Provide market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Provide regular reporting through CRM and internal systems
  • Initiate API deals
