Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development in Data Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, or IT.
- Working knowledge of Web3 business models.
- Technical curiosity and ability to understand complex technical models, architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Strong track record of constructing non-template business relationships.
- Ability to travel 20% or more of the time, often internationally.
- High ethical standards and ability to pivot on the fly.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and foster relationships with key industry players (AI Builders, Data Vendors, Compute Networks, Agentic Frameworks, etc.)
- Identify critical external data points to help leadership develop partnership and product strategy.
- Lead intricate negotiations and contract discussions.
- Draft and finalize partnership agreements.
- Program manage deals from signing through to integration.
