- Proven experience building a book of business using a transactional sales approach
- Strong grasp of K-12 pedagogy or teaching experience
- Ability to travel for face-to-face customer meetings
- Proficiency in using AI tools for productivity
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key decision makers at the school district level
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to close
- Develop and execute territory business plans
- Analyze funding landscapes and district initiatives
- Present solutions to school and district leaders
- Maintain sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth
