Requirements
- 5+ years of development using Power Platform (Canvas/Model-driven Apps, Flow, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse, Sharepoint).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse security models, ALM, and governance.
- Experience in business analysis and process mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable: 3+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Desirable: Proficiency in .NET or C#.
- Desirable: Experience with Co Pilot, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, and Sharepoint.
- Establish and enforce Power Platform environment policies and DLP rules using CoE toolkit.
- Manage ALM by configuring CI/CD pipelines for solution deployment.
- Integrate solutions with external data sources like Azure SQL, REST APIs, and Dynamics 365.
- Provide technical support for D365 CE solutions.
- Develop functional designs, test plans, and scripts.
- Resolve L3/L4 tickets and provide Go-live/Hypercare support.
- Facilitate data migration and ETL activities.
