Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience in managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with Healthcare customers, or working in the Healthcare industry
- Track record of owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders
- Experience owning value and ROI conversations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior GTM leaders in the Healthcare space to design and execute strategies that modernize their revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS.
- Map current-state Healthcare customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
- Execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
- Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes that demonstrate Gong’s ROI and strategic value.
- Own the renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams on growth.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
