3–5+ years of video editing and content production experience
Proven experience with long-form and short-form content
Strong understanding of content repurposing and social media trends
Experience managing end-to-end content workflows
Proficiency in AI-assisted content workflows and automation tools
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcast platforms
Proficiency in GoHighLevel
Proficiency in ChatGPT or similar AI tools

Responsibilities

Own the full content lifecycle from raw footage to published assets across all platforms
Edit long-form YouTube and podcast content with strong pacing and storytelling
Repurpose content into short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with captions and hooks
Design or coordinate thumbnails to improve click-through rates
Manage content uploads, scheduling, tagging, and optimization across platforms
Convert video scripts into email content using AI and distribute via GoHighLevel
Build and maintain a streamlined “film-and-forget” workflow for consistent output
Extract and repurpose content from calls and existing recordings
Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
Maintain organized content systems, folders, and publishing calendars
