Responsibilities

  • Build and own a social content engine that consistently increases reach, engagement, and brand trust across priority channels.
  • Create and manage a clear, realistic content calendar that connects launches, promos, and evergreen storytelling.
  • Write high-performing captions, hooks, and community prompts that match the brand voice and drive action.
  • Publish, schedule, and optimize content based on data.
  • Lead community management, including responding to comments and DMs.
  • Partner with creators/influencers and UGC contributors to source, brief, and repurpose content.
  • Track performance weekly and turn results into clear recommendations.
  • Work smoothly with designers, editors, and marketing leads to ship content on time.
  • Stay current on platform changes and beauty content trends.
