Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional experience in consulting, infrastructure strategy, or federal program delivery.
- Experience with federal agencies such as MARAD, DOT, DOE, or EPA.
- Understanding of federal grants, loans, and incentives.
- Experience managing complex projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen for budget and profitability management.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strategic and analytical skills for high-level direction and execution.
- Ability to operate in public-sector and infrastructure markets.
Responsibilities
- Own project strategy and execution.
- Serve as the project authority for scope, budget, and schedule.
- Delegate and manage project resources and budgets.
- Ensure quality, deliverables, and client satisfaction standards.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams with clear direction and feedback.
- Meet an 80% billable utilization target (1,664 hours/year).
- Identify and solve project delivery challenges.
- Mentor staff through project execution.
- Build client trust and serve as a partner.
- Contribute to company growth through identification of client needs.
