Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or similar roles.
- Experience working with senior leaders and influencing decisions across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
- Experience leading complex, cross-organizational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to guide structured discussions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and executive-ready presentations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions that frame problems, evaluate options, and align leaders on priorities.
- Translate leadership priorities into clearly defined initiatives, business cases, and actionable execution plans.
- Guide initiatives from concept through planning and successful hand-off to execution teams.
- Identify and communicate key risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems, processes, and teams.
- Design and lead strategic discussions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional workshops.
- Assess current state processes, systems, and operations to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Partner with Procurement to assess potential external partners and solutions.
