Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, accounting, sales tax, or research.
- Proficiency with Excel and experience managing complex data in spreadsheets.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for client-facing meetings and correspondence.
- Ability to problem-solve and bring clarity to complex/chaotic situations.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and curious mindset.
- Ability to arrange reference calls with three former managers.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding Project Management: Managing clients from sign-up through onboarding completion.
- Sales Tax Setup and Testing: Configuring and testing tax collection settings on sales platforms.
- Sales Tax Nexus Reviews: Analyzing economic presence factors to determine nexus requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing workflow improvements for the onboarding team.
- Data Analysis: Using Excel to document transaction data and integrate into tax systems.
