Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or sales/business operations analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to understand complex data environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM and/or Deltek VantagePoint (preferred).
- Experience working in a sales, business development, or revenue operations environment (preferred).
- Familiarity with data governance and process improvement (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions.
- Validate data for recurring and ad hoc sales reporting.
- Build analytical models to support goal setting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Perform data quality control and alignment across multiple sources.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Integrate data from multiple systems into Power BI.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to reconcile data across departments.
- Streamline data workflows to improve efficiency.
- Maintain CRM systems and execute data governance initiatives.
