Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python).
  • Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Ability to travel (10%).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze core metrics (pipeline health, bookings, retention/churn, product usage, and ARR trends).
  • Own the creation and maintenance of executive-level dashboards (Salesforce, Looker/Tableau).
  • Support the bookings forecast process and ensure sales data integrity within the CRM.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product Ops to unify data sources and workflows.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support annual and quarterly GTM initiatives.
  • Measure the impact of new processes and identify GTM process breakdowns.
  • Respond quickly to high-urgency requests from leadership with strategic data deep dives.
